Introducing Dynamic Defence and Fitness classes at All Saints Academy, GL51 0WH, from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
£5.00 pay as you go.
The training is all about developing your fitness and real defensive skills in a fun and safe environment.
The training will involve…..
1: Developing your fitness at your own pace and to the best of your ability.
2: Learning and developing defective skills that really work.
3: Using strike bags, focus mitts, and other training aids to maximise your learning.
4: Learning sparring skills, without unnecessary risk of injuries.
5: Opportunities to enter competitions if you wish to do so.
6: Get involved in social activities.
The training is delivered by Paresh Bhadeshia, who has competed at the highest levels and trained many champions over the 30 years of martial arts training. He has also been a Police officer for 20 years, where he has learnt how to effectively put techniques into practice that work and eliminate those that don't. He also has a realistic approach to the training and an understanding of the importance of making training fun, effective and safe.
All you need to do is turn up in something comfortable to train in. We are so confident that this class is one of the best in the area, we offer one months free training, without any obligations, contracts or commitments.

Motivation is difficult to gain or maintain, so we structure our lessons in such a way that it no longer requires strong dedication to want to come training.

Our classes consist of different physical activities, geared at allowing each student to perform at a level that they are comfortable with.
